Goals 09 update: reducing my weight to 60kg

I have posted my goals for this year recently. I shall said that I will be providing frequent updates on my progress on these goals.  Well, here is the update on my weight loss goal: I have lost a kg in the last week, my weight today morning is 71kg.
My routine

  1. stronglifts 5×5 three times a week
  2. Uphill walking and jogging down on the other three days
  3. One day rest

Diet
I don’t do any kind of dieting except for controlling the portions.
