losing is good…

Losing is good, but only when you learn from it. Learn why you have lost and take steps to ensure that you don’t repeat the mistakes. Its good to keep losing a few times. Losing teaches you humility, it makes you tough and even though you may feel dejected initially you can overcome it and have a go at what you lost with a renewed spirit and energy. All this is possible only if you do some thinking on the reasons for your failures.
The first thing you need to do whenever you lose at something is to identify why you have lost. Ofcourse you can only do this after you get over the initial period of dejection. Asking yourself the following questions can help you in this 1. What caused the failure ? Once you have identified the causes of failure the next step is learning from the causes of failures. The following points can help you in this exercise 1. What would you have done differently if given a second chance? You will have to learn as much as you can from your failures. Don’t repeat your mistakes and lastly you can’t go on commiting new mistakes to learn from it, because life is short and only gives you a few chances to succeed. Thats why you need to learn from others mistakes! No related posts. |
