Today I’ve increased the weight on the squat by 5kg, but kept the weight on overhead press the same. Overhead press is a tough exercise and its very difficult increasing the weight on it every workout.
Today’s workout : Stronglifts 5 X5
Session B
1. Squats 5X5 – 40kg
2. Overhead press 5X5 – 30kg
3. Deadlift 1X5 – 45kg
4. Pull-ups 3XF -1×3, 1×3, 1×2
5. Prone Bridges 3X30 sec -1×30 sec, 1×30 sec, 1×30 sec
