Session A
1. Squats 5X5 – 30kg
2. Bench press 5X5 – 30kg
3. Barbell rows 3XF – 30kg; 1×15, 1×15, 1×12
4. Push-ups 3XF – 1×10, 1×8, 1×5
5. Reverse crunch 3X12
